Can I still place an order?

Absolutely. The Hot Match Collectables website will remain open and orders can be placed as normal while we’re away.

Please only place an order during this period if you’re happy to wait for dispatch until we return.

What about existing pre-orders?

Pre-orders will continue to follow the estimated arrival information shown on each product page. We update these dates regularly, so please check the product page first for the latest ETA before contacting us.

Some pre-order items may not arrive before we leave and could arrive while we’re away. If stock arrives during the break, those orders will be packed once we return and begin working through the queue from Monday 28 September.

If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the normal pre-order timing for the order still applies unless a separate shipment has been arranged.

When will my order be packed?

Orders placed after the cut-off will begin packing from Monday 28 September 2026.

We’ll work through the backlog in the order purchases were received. Depending on how many orders are waiting for us, please allow several business days for the full backlog to be packed and dispatched.

What if I choose Express Post?

Express Post only affects the delivery speed after your parcel has been dispatched. It does not move an order ahead of the holiday packing queue.

What about customer service?

We’ll still keep an eye on messages while we’re away, but replies may take a little longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during the break.
