Before You Contact Us About an Order
Ready-to-dispatch orders enter our packing queue. Any current dispatch notice takes priority over our usual processing times.
If your order has not shipped yet, check your order confirmation and any current dispatch notice. For pre-order items, check the latest estimate on the product page.
For pre-order updates, please visit the product page directly. We update product ETAs regularly, and the latest available information will be shown on the relevant product listing.
Ready stock and pre-orders ship separately. Mixed orders generally include a shipping charge for each shipment, so ready-to-dispatch items do not normally wait for pre-order items to arrive. Check the final shipping charges at checkout. If a mixed order shows only one shipping charge or its dispatch timing is unclear, contact us with your order number so we can check the shipment allocation.
