Become a Hot Match Collectables Wholesale Partner
Hot Match Collectables offers wholesale access to selected retailers, resellers, hobby stores, and businesses looking to stock quality diecast models and collectables.
Our wholesale program gives approved partners access to bulk pricing, selected pre-order opportunities, and fast dispatch from our Sydney-based warehouse.
Please note: We currently do not offer wholesale supply to India.

Wholesale Requirements
To be considered for wholesale access, you must meet the following requirements:
- Valid ABN, business number, or registered business details
- Minimum wholesale order value of $500 AUD ex GST
- Alignment with the collectables, hobby, toy, automotive, diecast, or resale industry preferred
- Genuine intent to purchase for business or resale purposes
- At least one wholesale order per quarter to maintain access
Wholesale access is provided at our discretion and may be removed if an account becomes inactive or does not meet our ordering requirements.
How Wholesale Ordering Works
Our wholesale availability sheet is updated regularly and includes selected products available for bulk ordering.
To place a wholesale order:
- Review the latest wholesale availability sheet.
- Email your requested product quantities to info@hotmatchcollectables.com.
- We will confirm available stock, calculate freight, and send you a final invoice.
- Once payment is received, your order will be packed and dispatched.
Please note that stock quantities are not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed and invoiced. Available stock can change quickly, especially on popular or limited-release items.
Freight and GST
Freight is calculated after your order is submitted. Once we have your order details, we will provide a freight quote with your final invoice.
Australian wholesale orders are processed in AUD ex GST.
International customers may be eligible for GST exemption, depending on location and export requirements. If you are located outside Australia, please contact us before ordering so we can discuss taxes, customs requirements, and shipping procedures.
Wholesale Conduct
We value strong, reliable wholesale relationships and aim to work with businesses that are serious about stocking and reselling our products.
Please think carefully before submitting an order request. Repeated cancelled orders, unpaid invoices, unrealistic quantity requests, or non-serious enquiries may result in wholesale access being removed.
Maintaining Wholesale Access
To keep access to our wholesale pricing and availability sheet, wholesale partners must place at least one qualifying wholesale order per quarter.
Accounts that do not meet this requirement may be removed from the wholesale program.
