There appears to be a brand-new Hot Wheels Premium series coming for 2027 – Hot Wheels Racing Culture.
Information is still extremely limited, but details and early images have begun circulating within the Hot Wheels collector community, suggesting Racing Culture will be a motorsport-focused Premium range featuring real-world race cars from a variety of racing disciplines.
Hot Match Collectables has also now received supplier ordering information for the first Racing Culture assortment, giving us some of the first concrete details about the upcoming range.
What We Know About Hot Wheels Racing Culture

At this stage, very little official information is available, and final vehicle assortments, packaging and release dates have not yet been confirmed.
However, the existence of supplier ordering information for JRR32 / Dash A gives us considerably more confidence that Racing Culture is an upcoming Hot Wheels Premium assortment.
What Is Hot Wheels Racing Culture?
Early information suggests Racing Culture will be focused specifically on motorsport.
Images and information circulating within the collector community suggest the range could include vehicles representing several forms of racing, potentially including:
- GT racing
- Rally and WRC
- Endurance and prototype racing
- Drift
- Touring cars
- Historic motorsport
- Other famous competition vehicles
Exactly how Mattel will structure the range is not yet known.
Early information suggests there may be multiple Racing Culture mixes throughout 2027, although until final Mattel assortment information becomes available, these details should be considered preliminary.

The first assortment currently appearing in our supplier ordering system is:

Each factory case is listed as containing 10 Hot Wheels Premium vehicles.
The exact assortment breakdown is currently unknown.
As soon as individual vehicle codes, case quantities and official images become available, we will update this guide.
Is Racing Culture Part of Car Culture?
At this stage, we would treat Racing Culture as its own Premium assortment rather than simply assuming it is another standard Car Culture mix.
The exact relationship between Racing Culture and Mattel's existing Hot Wheels Premium ranges has not yet been officially detailed.
What does appear clear from the information currently available is that motorsport is the central theme of the new range.
Which Cars Are Coming in Hot Wheels Racing Culture?
This is where things get interesting – but also where we need to be careful.
Early images and alleged product information have started circulating online showing a substantial selection of motorsport vehicles divided into several mixes.
These images appear to include cars from rally, endurance racing, GT racing and other motorsport categories.
However, Hot Match Collectables is not currently treating these vehicle lists as confirmed final assortments.
Products this far from release can change, and early concept imagery does not necessarily represent the final product.

Hot Wheels Racing Culture Australia
Hot Match Collectables has already placed an order for the first Hot Wheels Racing Culture 2027 Mix 1 JRR32 assortment for Australia.
Because this is such an early release, we're opening a limited Early Pre-Order before the complete vehicle assortment and official product photography have been released.
Early pre-orders are being offered at an introductory price.
One important difference we've noticed from the initial supplier information is that Racing Culture is priced higher than the regular Hot Wheels Car Culture range.
We don't yet know whether this reflects differences in the final product, licensing, packaging or another factor.
